Paroxysmal nonepileptic events are episodic changes in behavior, sensation, or consciousness that similar to epileptic seizures but not associated with abnormal ictal brain electrophysiological discharges. Here, a case treated as seizure was presented order draw attention paroxysmal differential diagnosis.
 A 4 years old girl sent our hospital the diagnose of status epilepticus due change her consciousness, contractions and movements body, arms legs those started after taking 6 spoonfull syrup Peditus® (Containing 120 mg paracetamol, 50 guaifenesin, 6.25 pyrilamine maleate, 5 phenylephrine hcl ml scale) Medikinet® 10 capsules (10 methylphenidate hydrochloride 1 capsule). She conscious cooperate has involuntary snake-like throughout body on admission. The patient's movement disturbances thought methylphenidate-induced choreoathetosis responded given haloperidol treatment any sign poisoning were observed follow up.
